We currently ship twice weekly (Mondays & Thursdays)

Orders placed before 9AM ship same day; orders after 9AM ship on the next shipping day.

During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, sales events, or public health restrictions), processing may take longer.

We deliver to most addresses within Australia using reputable courier and postal services.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days (metro areas). Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Flat rate: $9.95 shipping, free on orders over $99.

International shipping may be available to selected countries, at custom shipping rate.

6. Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

Genesis Podiatry is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics).

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can lodge an investigation with the courier.
