At Genesis Podiatry, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our processing times, delivery options, and responsibilities once your order has been dispatched.

1. Order Processing Times

  • We currently ship twice weekly (Mondays & Thursdays)

  • Orders placed before 9AM ship same day; orders after 9AM ship on the next shipping day.

  • During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, sales events, or public health restrictions), processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We deliver to most addresses within Australia using reputable courier and postal services.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days (metro areas). Regional and remote areas may take longer.

  • Flat rate: $9.95 shipping, free on orders over $99.

3. International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available to selected countries, at custom shipping rate.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: $9.95 shipping, free on orders over $99, Australia-wide.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues

  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

  • Genesis Podiatry is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics).

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can lodge an investigation with the courier.

  • In the case of damaged goods, please provide photographs of the product and packaging.

We are currently not offering option, if there is interest we may in the future.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Genesis Podiatry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the conditions under which we accept returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product you purchase is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Unsafe

  • Not as described or does not match the sample or description

  • Not fit for its intended purpose

This applies regardless of our store policy.

2. Change of Mind Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, or if you simply no longer want the product.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless faulty).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, foot care, or personal products

  • Products marked as “clearance” or “final sale”

  • Gift cards or vouchers

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., faulty products).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product and prefer an exchange, we will replace it with the same or similar item (subject to stock availability).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Genesis Podiatry is not responsible for lost return parcels.
