Genesis Podiatry welcomes referrals from a wide range of healthcare providers, case managers, and support coordinators across Melbourne. We offer evidence-based podiatry care tailored for patients with injuries, chronic conditions, disabilities, and age-related foot health concerns.

Our clinics are conveniently located in Templestowe and Footscray, with Telehealth podiatry available under the following conditions:

• For private patients

• For patients with care plans who have attended at least one in-person consultation per calendar year

• Where written approval has been provided by third-party funders (e.g. NDIS, WorkSafe, My Aged Care)

We welcome referrals from:

• TAC podiatry referrals (Transport Accident Commission)

• WorkSafe podiatry referrals for workplace injuries

• SWEP providers (Statewide Equipment Program for orthotics and mobility aids)

• NDIS podiatrists (for self-managed and plan-managed participants)

• My Aged Care podiatry referrals (Home Care Package clients)

• DVA Gold Card holders

• GPs and allied health professionals (for care plans, CDM/Medicare referrals, and co-managed care)

Our Podiatry Services Include:

• Skin and nail care for high-risk or non-self-managing clients

• Treatment for workplace and transport-related injuries

• Diabetic foot care and ongoing management

• Orthotics, ankle braces, fracture splints, and footwear assessments

• Wound care and pressure offloading

• Arthritis and joint pain management

• Paediatric podiatry and gait correction

• SWEP-registered orthotic and mobility device prescriptions

• Falls prevention programs and mobility support

All services are delivered by qualified Melbourne podiatrists with experience in community, clinical, and multidisciplinary care settings.

Bulk Billing Information

We provide bulk billed podiatry for patients who:

• Have a current EPC/CDM Plan, and

• Hold a federal concession card (Pensioner, Health Care Card, DVA), or

• Are under 16 years old

​

A $15 gap fee applies to care plan patients without a concession card.

Please ensure all documentation is sent prior to the appointment, as Medicare does not allow backdated claims.
