Made with extra-durable, moisture-wicking micro-nylon, it helps relieve swelling, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, varicose veins, heel & arch pain, and shin splints.

How to Wear Your OS1st FS4+ Compression Socks
The OS1st FS4+ socks are designed to feel firm and snug—that’s how they deliver effective, medical-grade compression (20–30 mmHg).
To put them on more easily:
Turn the sock inside out down to the heel.
Slide your foot in, then gently roll the sock up over your calf.
Smooth out any wrinkles as you go.
A sock aid or a thin plastic bag over your foot can make sliding easier.
Make sure the sock fits snugly around your ankle—this is where compression is strongest for improving circulation.
A few things to remember:
It’s normal for the socks to feel tight at first.
That firm fit is what supports your legs, boosts blood flow, and helps reduce swelling.
Always measure your legs and refer to the size chart. A sock that’s too tight or too loose won’t work as well.
